a huge relief effort is underway under the umbrella of TCF.

there are people already on the ground, in islamabad & kashmir, distributing tents, blankets, and other basic necessities. in the short term, temporary shelter, first aid and non-perishable food are most needed. will let you know what you can do to help tomorrow. look our for the ad in DAWN & on thecitizensfoundation.org in the next couple of days.
